MTF  / MTN Top Surgery is commonly performed by our best in class board certified plastic surgeons. We are very experienced in assisting transitioning patients to change their physical proportions and self-image. Feminizing hormone therapy is not a prerequisite to be a candidate for MTF/N Top Surgery. This is your choice and will not affect your ability to undergo Top Surgery. However, hormone therapy often causes the breast tissue to moderately grow and will often look more natural if there is more overlying breast tissue, especially in thin individuals.
